The intellectual property of the content presented on the Platform, including any written, visual, and audio materials, remains the sole and exclusive property of the Author, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, as applicable. No license to use, reproduce, or distribute any copyright work is granted to the Reader, Vendor, or any other party. You may not archive, cache, or reproduce the content, in whole or in any substantial part, without the Author’s prior written consent. This prohibition extends to the creation of derivative works or adaptations of any multimedia portions of the Platform, including images, audio recordings, and software. YOU GRANT the Author a perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, modify, and distribute any intellectual property that you may voluntarily submit in connection with the Platform, and you waive any moral rights or rights of attribution with respect to such use. No confidential relationship is created by such submissions, and no compensation or acknowledgment will be due to you. The Author may offer hyperlinks to third-party websites solely as a convenience to the Reader; such third-party content is controlled by its individual license terms, and YOU ASSUME ALL RISK arising from any reliance or use of third-party materials.
The materials disseminated via the Site are subject to the full protection afforded by international copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property statutes. Ownership of all such rights resides with https://tryoradentum.com, its affiliates, and/or any applicable third-party licensors. Visitors are expressly prohibited from altering, reproducing, compiling, redistributing, posting, broadcasting, or otherwise disseminating the Site’s content—including, without limitation, written texts, images, code, and executable software—without prior, written consent. An exception is made for the private, non-commercial downloading or printing of discrete materials, provided that copyright and proprietary notices remain intact and unaltered. By disseminating any materials to publicly accessible sections of the Site (including but not limited to bulletin boards, forums, and emailed correspondence), you thereby grant https://tryoradentum.com a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license. This license confers the right to reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and prepare derivative works from the transmitted content using any current or future medium of communication.
You further acknowledge and confer upon https://tryoradentum.com the perpetual and irrevocable right to employ your name in conjunction with the materials and accompanying data you furnish, as well as in any and all advertising, marketing, or promotional materials that directly reference or are derived from those submissions. Consequently, you waive any and all claims against https://tryoradentum.com for alleged or realized infringement, dilution, or misappropriation of any proprietary or moral right in the materials transmitted to that domain.
2. Site Usage.
You acknowledge that, with the sole exception of materials, products, or services explicitly labeled as originating from Oradentum, the Company neither controls, operates, nor endorses any content, goods, or services accessed via the Internet. Absent such explicit labeling, all offerings made available either on the Site or more broadly across the Internet are the sole responsibility of independent third parties with whom Oradentum has no formal affiliation. You further acknowledge that Oradentum is unable to warrant, and does not warrant, that any file accessed or downloaded from the Site is free from malware, including, but not limited to, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and any other code that is self-replicating, destructive, or otherwise contaminating. You therefore remain fully responsible for implementing safeguards that, in your technical judgment, are sufficient to protect the integrity of your systems, achieve the accuracy of input and output data, and allow for the recovery, from sources independent of the Site, of any data that may be lost.
Oradentum specifically disclaims any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site that you may access via this site, or for any site that may link to this site. An external site that links to this site, or that this site links to, does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or responsibility by Oradentum. You therefore enter non-Oradentum web sites at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the privacy and security policies applicable to those sites.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oradentum; its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers; and any information providers to the Service, from any and all losses, expenses, damages, or costs of any nature, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to any breach of this Agreement by you, including any negligent or intentionally wrongful conduct.
This Agreement is for the benefit of, and may be enforced by, Oradentum, its affiliates, and its third-party providers, as well as any officers, directors, employees, or agents of those entities. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or any equivalent or similar legislation to enforce any of its terms.
The rights afforded under paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service) and 3 (Indemnification) are intended for the exclusive use and protection of Oradentum and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and information providers associated with the Service. Each grantee of these rights may, in its own capacity and on its own behalf, invoke and enforce the stated provisions against you without necessitating the involvement of Oradentum.
5.Term; Termination.
Either party may discontinue this Agreement, for any permissible reason, at any time and without advance notice. Upon such termination, the following paragraphs shall remain in full force and effect: 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights), and 6 (Miscellaneous).
6. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States applicable to contracts executed and performed in the United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate federal or state court sitting in the United States for any claim arising under or relating to this Agreement or the parties’ respective obligations. You must commence any claim concerning the Service no later than one year following the date the claim accrued, after which it is barred. Oradentum’s failure to insist upon or enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right. Changes in conduct or trade custom shall not modify this Agreement. Oradentum may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party without prior notice to you.
Any and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are hereby reserved.
